First Aid for Mental Health training courses

Each year approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health condition. Some of these get diagnosed, but many do not. Whilst the stigma of mental health is lifting, there are still many people who choose not to talk about their what they are thinking and / or feeling.

Our First Aid for Mental Health courses will help you raise your own awareness of a wide variety of mental health conditions, understand the signs and symptoms, and how you can start a supportive conversation to promote early intervention and better chances of recovery.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be a qualified Mental Health First Aider for a 3-year period.
