Kevin Larvin

Kevin is a fully qualified coach and has experience coaching clients from all levels within a business, from junior management to the boardroom. With over 15 overs experience of hospitality, having 10 years being in Learning and Development, Kevin has a vast understanding of the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for successful hospitality. He has worked across all brand styles from limited service to some of the most luxury hotel brands.

Kevin has supported organisations to set up Learning and Development functions, set up L&D as a revenue generating cost centre and assisted with ensuring tangible returns on investment for designing and delivering learning interventions across a range of subjects.

Kevin has a vast understanding the employer journey; from talent acquisition, talent development and talent retention and can therefore, create and support your people strategy.

Kevin also really enjoys Cricket, football and of course, as a certified wine educator, the leisurely glass of wine!
