Kevin Larvin

Kevin is a fully qualified coach and has experience coaching clients from all levels within a business, from junior management to the boardroom. With over 20 overs experience of hospitality, having 15 years being in Learning and Development, he has a vast understanding of the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for successful hospitality. He has worked with some of the most luxury hotel brands, including Claridge's and The Doyle Collection.

His work has led him to support organisations set up Learning and Development functions, set up Learning and Development as a revenue generating cost centre and assisted with ensuring tangible returns on investment for designing and delivering award winning learning interventions across a range of subjects.

He has gained a vast understanding the employer journey; from talent acquisition, talent development and talent retention and can therefore, create and support your people strategy.

Kevin also really enjoys Cricket, football and of course, as a certified wine/spirits educator, the leisurely glass of wine, or even a tipple of Whisky!
