The WSET Level 2 Award in Spirts is the perfect stepping stone for those who intend to progress to the level 3 or those who want to learn more advanced knowledge on distillation techniques and the intricate details of spirits production through this world class qualification.

• The principle types of flavoured spirits (Gin, Spiced rum, Aniseed spirits etc..) and aromatised wines

• The common equipment and glassware 

• Important cocktail ingredients

• The cocktail families

• How to systematically taste spirits according to the WSET SAT at Level 2
